Following their recent search Grove of Narberth, have announced the appointment of Thomas Agius Ferrante as their Hotel General Manager who joins the business early in February. In this role Thomas will also sit on the management board for the Seren Collection which includes Grove of Narberth, Coast Restaurant in Saundersfoot and Beach House Restaurant in Oxwich.
Thomas arrives from The Phoenicia in Malta where he was Hotel Manager. This iconic 5-star historic hotel flanks the main gates of the capital Valletta and is a member of ‘The Leading Hotels of the World’ consortium. Thomas started his career as a kitchen chef before moving into senior management roles first at One Aldwych and then at The Berkeley where he spent 7 years latterly as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.

Thomas will be replacing Louise Lewis who has moved into a leadership role at Routescape, a tailor-made travel company launched by the Seren Collection owners Neil & Zoe Kedward in November 2018.
