Pioneering Design Hotel Recognised For Outstanding Customer Service, Facilities & Unique Event Spaces
Hilton London Bankside has been named Best Large Hotel of The Year 2020 at the annual Splendid Awards which are run by Splendid Hospitality Group. The event was attended by members of the group from across the UK, and applauds high-achieving hotels and individual talents.
The design-led hotel received the accolade for the outstanding performance of its five-star customer service over the last 12 months, the high-quality of its on-site facilities and for its unparalleled corporate and event spaces.
The hotel has 292 modern guest rooms, including 25 bespoke Suites and one beautiful Penthouse apartment, which has its own private terrace and views of London. There are 11 flexible meeting rooms, Bankside’s largest ballroom and leisure facilities, including a fitness studio and indoor swimming pool, as well as the UK’s first Vegan Suite.
The award is a testament to Hilton London Bankside’s ability to innovate, which has placed it at the forefront of customer service and quality hospitality in both the consumer and corporate sectors.
