Nestor launches first hotel with technology and guest experience at its core
Nestor, a hospitality business in the alternative accommodation sector, has launched its first hotel alongside Aura Collection. The Warwick Hotel in Warwick Way, SW1V, Victoria has 10 rooms to rent, starting from £120 per night.
The Warwick was previously an underperforming budget hotel with poor quality décor. It has now been beautifully refurbished by interior designers, g-something, incorporating warm pastel colours, avant garde fittings and art pieces to give it a modern yet relaxing finish. Technology is a core focus, with smartlocks(1) instead of a traditional key system, allowing guests total flexibility.
Fran Milsom, co-founder and director of Nestor, comments: “We are excited to launch The Warwick, as it fits our concept perfectly, being a technology-focused, well-designed unique space in a sought-after location.
“The Warwick has been refurbished to suit the millennial traveller, with “Instagrammable” interiors that offer a personalised feel, and finishing touches to ensure the utmost comfort and exceptional guest experiences.”
Each room at The Warwick includes a Smart TV, high speed internet, coffee machine, quality local toiletries and smartlocks. Guests will be provided with a URL which offers Nestor curated local guides and easy booking of tours, taxis and other services via its tech partners.
The Warwick Hotel is in the heart of some of London’s landmarks, with Buckingham Palace 0.7 miles away as well as Westminster Abbey, Green Park and St James’s Park close by. London Victoria station is just 0.3miles away with access to the tube, rail and bus network. Managed by Nestor, these apartments are available to book via Booking.com, Airbnb and other platforms.
