The new Hospitality Technology Showcase at Travel Technology Europe (TTE), Olympia London on 24-25th February, will provide group and independent hotel general managers with IT, marketing and sales, revenue management and technology advice to increase multi-channel sales, improve guest experience and streamline operational efficiency.

Hospitality marketing supplier specialists include: Jumio, Trustpilot, Frosmo, Optilead, SDL, EmailCenter, Finding Friday, Experience Engine, Web Applications, Appsential, Ingenuity Digital and Monetate.

Leading technology and marketing suppliers participating include: Sky, AV Quest, RMS – The Hospitality Cloud, P3 Technology, Slate Apps, Skyware Systems, Newbook, Crave Interactive, Butler Tech, Infor, GuestU, Guestime and Trust You.

A two-day conference programme featuring experts from hoteliers to technology suppliers in the fields of IT, revenue, distribution and marketing will take place alongside the exhibition. This is split into two streams: technology and innovation in hospitality, ‘Experience’, and creating new income flows, ‘Promote’.

Featuring speakers from citizenM and Mandarin Oriental, the keynote, case-studies and panels in the ‘Experience’ stream share the latest thinking and technological developments across nine sessions including the hotel purchasing journey, using technology to maximise guest spend and how using in-room technology can revolutionise hotel marketing. The ‘Promote’ stream demonstrates how marketing technology has the power to turbocharge a business, can take it into new markets and shows how hotels can create new products, services or revenue streams.

David Chapple Event Director for Travel Technology Europe explained “The Hospitality Technology Showcase within TTE is proving exceptionally popular and we look forward to seeing hundreds of hospitality technology and marketing buyers attending and meeting our highly innovative exhibitors. The knowledge that hospitality IT buyers will gain from the specific stream of accommodation and marketing conference streams will be simply invaluable.”

Visitors to the two-day event can source new products and services from more than 100 technology exhibitors including specialists in the accommodation and digital marketing sector. Once registered, attendees can choose to book appointments in advance or simply turn up on the day.
